Terms details

These terms of sale apply to quotations, orders and deliveries of custom technical ceramic parts by Huizhou Xingwei New Material Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xingwei Ceramics"). Placing an order confirms acceptance of these terms.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the drawing, quantity and material grade supplied by the buyer. Changes to drawing revision, tolerance, surface finish or quantity may require re-quotation.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed in writing (purchase order or signed proforma invoice). Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 50% deposit on order and 50% before shipment; payment by T/T or as specified on the invoice.

Lead times and delivery

Lead times start on receipt of the deposit and a drawing approved for production. Standard production is 15–30 working days depending on material and quantity. Delivery terms follow the agreed Incoterm (EXW, FOB or DDP).

Tolerances and quality

Parts are manufactured to the tolerances stated in the approved drawing, typically ±0.005 mm on ground features unless agreed otherwise. Inspection reports (CMM, density, surface roughness) accompany each shipment. Claims for dimensional defects must be raised within 30 days of receipt.

Warranty

We warrant that parts conform to the approved drawing and are free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. The warranty covers repair or replacement of non-conforming parts and excludes wear, misuse, improper handling or unauthorised modification.

Drawings and confidentiality

Buyer drawings remain the buyer's property and are used only for quotation and production. We sign an NDA on request and do not disclose drawings or tooling to third parties outside our production partnership.
