:: FAQ
Why choose Si3N4 over steel rollers?
At high line speeds Si3N4 rollers resist wear, corrosion and thermal fatigue — typically lasting several times longer than tool steel, with no lubrication.
Can Si3N4 handle thermal shock?
Yes — it survives rapid quenches that shatter alumina, making it ideal for casting and welding contact parts.
